This ComfortDisc system was retrofitted to this national school conversion to a family home by the home owners.  The home features a ComfortDisc system with hot water coil and ComfortDisc heat recovery.

There are six zones in the home each with individual time and temperature control.  The heat recovered fresh air if filtered to provide the best indoor air quality.  In addition, the EBM Papst EC fan motors used in the ComfortDisc system provide exceptional energy efficiency and ultra low running costs.

The home uses solar panels as the primary source of heat backed up with a wood burning stove with a boiler.  There are no gas, oil or heat pumps used to heat the home, only solar and occasionally the wood burning stove.
